Let’s get Strategising!
A Strategy Day is a concentrated, collaborative day where we hone your strategy across one specific part of your marketing. We dive into what’s working for you now, what opportunities you have and how you’ll create the content and make your goals happen.
Each Day is broken up into four 90-minute sessions, where we assess, strategise, roadmap and plan for your future implementation. Throughout the day you’ll learn the skills to assess how your current content is working and what could be changed, which allows you to adjust your strategy for the future months and flex with new platforms and ways to market online.
How It Works
This isn’t a cookie cutter style strategy. Your Day is tailored to you and your business so the strategy will be reasonable for you to execute. We work with your skill sets, who you have on your team and what you have access to, so everything is within reach. It’s designed around your customers, what they need, and how you’ll show your value as a business.
On the day, we follow a clear structure, with time limits for each section, so we make sure we work through each brainstorm and exercise and don’t miss out on anything.

We’ll define your goals and the nuts and bolts of your launch, and make a detailed plan for the pre-launch and launch phases of your promotional period.
One Check-in call pre launch
Once you have made all of your content and planned your rollout, we’ll go through everything with at least one week left to your promotion start date so you have time to make any changes we see
One Check-in call mid launch
We’ll evaluate everything in real time so you have space to shift and change, and add or subtract content to better meet your goals before this launch ends
One Post Launch Analysis Call
We’ll evaluate your goals, what worked and what could be adapted for next time to set you up for your next launch.

How It Works
One strategy day where we lay the foundation
We’ll define your goals and make a detailed plan for the upcoming year across all your marketing platforms.
Twelve 90 minute monthly calls
In each call we’ll review your marketing for the month, discuss any hurdles you saw pop up, and cover a new topic, so you continue to push forward. After each call you’ll receive a recording and a rough transcript in case you want to look back on anything.
Email support between calls
Sometimes you just have a few quick questions to be able to deliver your marketing, so I’m on email when you need me.

Stay on track with shared spreadsheets, so I can see your progress in real time and prepare for each of our calls appropriately.
