Season 3, Episode 22

I get it, you’re burning the candle at both ends, and hiring seems like the simple solution. Or you’re seeing a drop in inquiries and it seems like its time for a new website or a rebrand. But, before you jump in with both feet, we need to assess some things. It just saves a lot of headaches later. We want to be sure you have a budget, an idea of what you’re hiring for, and have thought everything through, so that you hire for the right role, and set yourself up for success.
